Minimum privacy notice for the local-first preview.

This page summarizes the product data boundary. It is intentionally factual and will be expanded before a public commercial launch.

SF Analyzer portal data
The portal can process account identity, authentication session data, license status, limits, operational telemetry and bug reports.
Customer org data
Salesforce metadata, source files, wiki pages, snapshots and exported documents are stored locally by the desktop app, not uploaded to SF Analyzer cloud.
AI provider data
If the user enables AI generation, prompts and selected local context are sent directly from the desktop app to the configured provider under that provider's terms.
Website analytics and cookies
The marketing portal uses a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami) to aggregate anonymous traffic statistics (page views, referrer, approximate region, device type). It does NOT use cookies, does NOT set cross-site identifiers, and does NOT send any data to third parties such as Google or Meta. Because the data is anonymous and aggregated, no consent banner is required under GDPR/ePrivacy. The only cookies on the portal are strictly-necessary: the authentication session cookie required to log in, and a UI-state cookie remembering the sidebar position. These are essential and cannot be disabled.
User control
Users control their Salesforce authorization, local workspace, exported documents and AI provider keys. For the full data boundary, review the security page.
